Random logout issue jomsocial 4.1.6

ISSUE SUMMARY: I have just purchased the jomsocial 4.1.6 but giving me "random logout" issue. It's quite urgent. So please update me. Also currently my site at intranet . So can't share the details.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Just login to joomla site
2 And go to front page of jomsocial than you will get logout issue.

I'm sorry but we can't support sites that are at localhost or intranet (sites that are not reachable in Internet).
In order to investigate the issue we need to have access to the site (via Internet so no desktop sharing apps). So please, upload your site into server where we could have access to it.

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

ok , i will try to give you public site access. But i saw there are lots other users reporting the same issue. So can you let me know the general fixes which you did in the recent past. Also i saw this issue is listed as fixed in your latest release. So please let me know about this as its quite urgent.

Also i knew that it was older verison 3.2.0.3 of jomsocial . But i mentioned it because you may be fixed this in the past which can help me.

Hi,

random logout issue mostly because server configuration or joomla 3rd party extensions conflict.
to make sure the issue, I need to access your site. I cant do "blind" support.

please put site credentials information by editing your first post at this topic.
I need it for debugging purpose.
