I installed fix. It looked for a while that problem with extended search got fixed. Unfortunately the problem came back. I cleared cache in browser and joomla -no result. Could there be something wrong in backend administration set up profiles. prntscr.com/apn2i6

yes you are right. I know I posted twice but sometimes I do not know if I find the ride words to describe my problem appropriate.

I copied the fix twice checked also twice if I uploadet fix to the appropriate folder. Anyways I attached a notepad file with all ftp information.

i made a new screenshot to make it easier to understand the problem. First go to menue bar please click "Einstellungen". Than click the second link on upcoming screen "Dienstleistungen, Produkte, Fachleute finden" bearbeiten. prntscr.com/arbi5l

Ones you have opened the link you have access to „advanced search ". prntscr.com/arbtep
Now please refer to screenshot.

You notice the green and red selection marks in screenshot. The green selection mark work fine. But the red selections cause the problem. Please make shure you set search options exactly like shown on screenshot.

I hope this explanation makes it easier for you to replicate the problem.
