ISSUE SUMMARY: I would like to create a functionality which is as follows:
1) I create an external form, for example in FabrikAR which allows me to collect all required data to create a closed event (participation by invitation);
2) I collect additional data, which allows me to do a search for those members, who might be interesting participate in...
3) I need to create a code, which creates an event according to all completed fields (how can I do this) and I need to build a list of possible members and thus send them a notification message about just created event so, they can open the event by link and request an invitation.

What is the best way to do so?

maybe I can extend the event creation form? How? The difficulty, I need to include data which helps just search members, it means after the event is created I can search time-to-time possible member and send them notifications.

- simply but not easy, you can create your code to save the record from FabrikAR and save it to events table #__community_events and #__community_events_category
- to add the notif you can use this API documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Notifications_API
