user can register another profile type because you setup it at jomsocial backend.

you site still using jomsocial 4.1.4 please upgrade it to 4.1.6.

I have 4 different published profile types:
1) sportsman
2) trainer
3) sport center
4) sport shop

And therefore, it is possible that sportsman, even if logged, wants to register new sport center or shop.
Therefore, I need the registration possibility also for logged users.
Can I change it that way?

that impossible. each users only can have on profile type. can not more.

I just want to register whenever I want, even if someone other is logged in at that time.

user A registered as sportsman, after that user A with same username + email want register again as trainer?

that impossible, because joomla cant sign up with same username or email. and at jomsocial, each user only can have single profile type.
but at edit profile, user can changing to any profile type.

I want that sportsman stays logged. However he registers new user:
different profile
different username
different e-mail
Joomla will count it as a different user. Just register new one.

I know that there is a check inside registration process that if someone is logged abandon the registration. I want to cancel this condition. And I did it. However after I step into a registration form some modal windows pops up asking for login. That I want to disable.

really sorry, it cant. jomsocial not able to do that.
you need to make lots of changes at jomsocial + joomla core files, and this kind of customization is beyond of jomsocial support.
