when I create an Event it asks me for timezone. I would like to have timezone "(UTC+01:00)Europe/Prague" preselected.
How can I do that?

we cant do that. that depending with joomla library it self. joomla not bring Europe/Prague in timezone list, but user still can using UTC+01:00 country.

FYI:
timezone at event only as information display. jomsocial do not make any calculation with timezone.

if your events not having multiple timezone. I suggest you to turn off that event time zone from jomsocial events settings (backend)

Similar question to user registration - there is Country selection and there is a huge list. I want to have there just 2 or 3 countries. How to do that?
