You must replace 100% of JS code to remove copyrights.

i do not modified source under GPL i will modified source cod (php,html.css.javascript), just for my site.for example, change or remove any tag ("joms or jomsocial"), that not display in view source my site, with (ctrl+u in browser).

If all customizations are for your use only and you don't redistribute - then it's all fine.

1. Yes, you can modify and change class names
2. Yes, you can
3. Yes, you're allowed to do that.

But remember one thing - if you heavily customize JomSocial core, applying upgradeds and patches in future will be and serious problem. Also we may refuse support your issue if core files are customized (you may be asked to roll back your changes).
