Ok so I'm at another point with our custom built site.

Under "Customize Profile" I've created an extra field for users to input a specific username and in this case it is for Twitch.

Which then displays on the users "About Me" page



Now I note once the user fills the required information, when clicked it goes to a page specific to the field in JS.



What I wanted to know, is could I place a corresponding link that when the item is clicked (image 2) rather than going to the default page in JS, that it goes to the specific link I've added IE:

URL: www.twitch.com/worldseriesgaming - Using the link as the default and then the added username in the profile field would automatically add it to the end of the link and load the required page.

Hmmm, this can't be done in easy way. Profile fields are loaded in a loop so you can modify certain field.
Nevertheless this could be done but only with a core hack.

Core hacks are not recommended nor supported as they may not working with future JomSocial releases and/or cause issues that will be not supported. Users with core files hack refuse to upgrade their installation to keep those hacks and they are stuck with outdated and unsupported versions. Also core hack will be overwritten during upgrade.

So I'm sorry to say that, but this time we couldn't help you.
