problem register account (May be , URL injection Bug)

hi
please step by step in your site : demo jomsocial or community jomsocial
1- (in home page) click on register account
2-Complete the fields form --> and click on register
3-in show basic information page , change url address , profiletype=0 to profiletype=1 or 2 or 3 or etc, and press enter
4-register account to complete , without complete fields form Necessary and redirect to change avatar

- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Davood.

Please, make safe copy of those files:

ROOT/components/com_community/controllers/register.php
ROOT/components/com_community/helpers/multiprofile.php (this is a new file)
ROOT/components/com_community/libraries/core.php

Then upload content of package to main Joomla! folder on your server.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.

i tested no problem and good working

in ROOT/components/com_community/helpers/multiprofile.php (this is a new file)
but in ROOT/components/com_community/controllers/multiprofile.php (ٍfile is existing)
no problem?

Yes, in package is a new file... I mentioned about it above :)
ROOT/components/com_community/controllers/multiprofile.php this is another file and leave it as it is - don't override it.
