not sure why I cant replicate this issue. I tried at firefox, chrome, safari, and opera. all good.
if I tried many times got this block:

detected as hacker attack.

could you please elaborate more? what browser that are you using?
or try with joomla default template (protostar). if with joomla default template you can replicate the issue. so must be the problem from site template CSS it self. not jomsocial

I get that hacker error sometimes when I register an account. I am trying to figure out why this happens since Jomsocial says its not on their end and my ISP is saying the same. So this is still being investigated.

For the fields not filling in. I am having a problem with IE (IE 10 Version 10.0.9200.16540) I tested on mozilla and chrome and don't have a problem.

that "hacker" message seem from joomla 3rdp party extensions that installed at your site.
your issue seem the issue with IE only. could you please upgrade it to IE 11?
