I created several new fields in the administration (multiple profiles and customize profile features).
It works fine within registration process.
However how can I enable users to change those fields?
Is there a page/functionality/trick how to edit the whole profile?

Do you mean edit the profile field right? you can do it on edit profile, once you logged you can do it.
