thanks - thats fixed the error, however it looks like video uploads are not processing.

i tested on the other website on the server and videos are loading fine (just in case you were gunna ask! ) lol

i uploaded a new video which is exactly 16:9 ratio and it worked.
however anything in other screen dimensions wont convert.
it used to convert anything.

about video upload issue. I saw videos.php at /components/com_community/libraries not same with jomsocial 4.1.6 original file.
so I rename it to videosOLD.php and upload the original one.

not sure why that file at your site can be like that. are you made customization or upload that file manually?
and what the schedule for cron job? please set it at least 15 minutes. because video converting need time.
