i see a problem (I think bug) , in notification (Friends,video,photos,groups)

user B set privacy (Friends,video,photos,groups) to ---> Only me.
when user A, see profile user B , in profile stream user B , show notifactions :
for example :
user B is friends with user C
user B liked (video , photo,event)
user B member is in group A
this notifaction, for (profile stream and home stream)

in image, i login with (Demo) and see profile Alteha
Alteha user, set privacy friends to (Only me)
but show notification Friends Alteha
this problem for all noctification (video,photo,friends,groups,event) , in profile stream , and home stream
in my profile show notification to (evryone or members or my friends)
in home (front page) show notification to (evryone).

You misunderstood the purpose of privacy settings.
They apply to VIEW certain user friends list, or user photos, or videos etc. Not actually what is on profile stream (you call it "notifications".
If profile is public - then everyone could see activity stream.

Privacy settings doesn't apply to activities on stream.

for example for friend :
if (I user) set privacy (dipslay friends) to only me, not display my friends to my friends or evryone (good)
but
if my friend view my profile --> see my friend notification (user B is friends with user C) is very bad, becuase i set privacy list friend to (only me). but my friend can see my friends

No, this is NOT a friends list but STREAM ACTIVITY so friends list settings doesn't apply to it. So in a fact your friend doesn't see any list but only activity that is related with you and your newest friend.

This is contradiction (Privacy setting contradiction with notification )

No it's not a contradiction. Settings apply to "friends list" not to "any friends relation appearance".
You just misexpected that one switch will hide all friend related informations.
I'm sorry but this doesn't work that way.

But there is a way to complete disable "become friends" activities on stream. browse to Backend -> Components -> JomScoial -> Configuration -> User points. Then disable rule "Friend Request Is Approved".

Result : I understood what who are friends with Altea
Altea Set privacy setting (list friends) to only me, but I see friends Altea in (notification, in image)
this is as bug.

I understood you at the first time.
I also explained it few times already.
Posts on activity stream ARE NOT friends list.
Settings you mentioned apply to FRIENDS LIST nothing more or less.
It's not a bug - only you expect that this setting will hide all friends related information in profile. It will not... it will just lock friend list.

If you want to hide those posts on stream - please disable User Points rule I mentioned in previous post.

They will be hidden on both profile and frontpage activity streams.

1- login with althea
2- change privacy (view friends list) to only me
3- login with adminstartor and disable rule "Friend Request Is Approved"
3- login with demo user see friend list althea and not display firends , and good wotking
4-but i see frontpage (home) , adn activity strea profile althea :

It works 100%.
It won't remove previous friends connection status. It works for new one - if rule is disabled no NEW friends connection ststus is created and posted on stream.
Disabling this rule doesn't effect already existing posts.
if you want you may remove them in backend:

1. Browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Monitor -> Activities
2. Set filter in upper right corner to friend.connect
3. Check all records and click "Delete selected": i.imgur.com/KvefYUA.png

Now old friend connect posts should be gone and if you keep disabled points rule - no new will be created.
