do you mean you want removing some stream items? (please correction)
you can do it from jomsocial backend > configurations > user points, by disabling activity state.

but you need to delete prev. posted stream items.

I saw "like photo" still active at user points. you need to delete that stream items and disable the "like photo" user point.
