My users (3 so far) are reporting that when they hit "save changes" on edit profile, they've been faced with a blank / white screen and all the information they entered wasn't saved. I haven't witnessed this first hand, but is there something that can be causing this? Thanks for your help!

I cant replicate the issue. please goto joomla backend > system > global configuration > server, and set error reporting to simple or maximum.
after that asking that users to edit they profile and save it. after that it will no blank page, error message will show up.

I need that error message for debugging purpose.
