Register error

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After filled the register form and clicked on Submit, it turns around for quit a long time and then shows this error:

CURL error : 7 Failed to connect to 2404:6800:4005:802::200e: Network is unreachable

The website is hosted in China so it cannot reach google, facebook, twitter. But I don't exactly know if this is related to them, and I don't how to fix this either.

BROWSER: Latest of Chrome, Firefox

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Derek,

This issue caused by 3rd party plugin "plg_user_dogecointipping", I just disabled it and its working now
