you can do it by using jomsocial template override:
1. copy focus.php from /components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/profile/ to /templates/[frontend template]/html/com_community/layouts/profile/ (create this location if not exist)

2. edit copied file at line 344, find this code

if($badge->current && $config->get('enable_badges')) : ?>

<img src="<?php echo $badge->current->image;?>" alt="<?php echo $badge->current->title;?>" class="joms-focus__badges <?php echo ($profile->featured == true) ? 'featured' : ' '; ?>"/>

<?php endif; ?>

changing it to

if($badge->current && $config->get('enable_badges')) : ?>

<img src="<?php echo $badge->current->image;?>" alt="<?php echo $badge->current->title;?>" class="joms-focus__badges <?php echo ($profile->featured == true) ? 'featured' : ' '; ?>"/>
<p class="joms-focus__badges" style="top: 38px; left: 18px;">
    <?php echo JText::_('COM_COMMUNITY_MEMBER_SINCE'); ?><?php echo JHTML::_('date', $registerDate , JText::_('DATE_FORMAT_LC2')); ?>
