Hi, Uria.

I assign developer to this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Uria,

I get this error detail :

<br />
<b>Warning</b>:  curl_setopt(): CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when an open_basedir is set in <b>/home/nekudatc/domains/spril.co.il/public_html/components/com_community/libraries/storage/s3_lib.php</b> on line <b>2159</b><br />

you should set empty for this php configuration open_basedir, for more information I suggest you contact your sysadmin.

thank you!

The server admin wont make the change, saing it makes the server vulnerable.
Also, the cronJob did work at the begining so i dont think this is the problem.

Hi Uria,

But have you tried contact your sys-admin ? and change "open_basedir" value to none? sometimes this issue happens on some server configuration, and the only solution is set "open_basedir" to none / empty.

thank you!
