Sending system messages to users

Is it possible for me as Admin to send private messages to individual users without having the PM system globally enabled in Jomsocial? They do not need to have the ability to reply.

Is it possible to enable the PM system for certain users only?

Hi,

its not possible to disabled the reply :), but really possible to send them message manually one by one from the frontend.
