When changing the watermark image over other images it says "Watermark image exceeded maximum width and height of 16px."
How can I change this size to be larger?
When applying the watermark,will this be done on existing images too or only on images that are submitted after the changes take effect?

I suggest you do not change the watermark size, because it will make the avatar bit ugly.
but if you really want it you can modify this file administrator/components/com_community/controllers/multiprofile.php and modify this code :
