We've experienced this anomaly a few times now. We're uncertain what exactly is triggering it, but I figure would start with JomSocial since this was an issue in the passed that may have resurfaced.

I have several different user groups for both Joomla and Jomsocial. This bug (randomly unchecking / unassigning users) seems to randomly be effecting ALL Joomla user groups, including the Super User on a couple of occasions. Your help wuld be appreciated!

This is old issue, and wont be happened on the latest version 4.1.4.. so please you upgrade your jomsocial to the latest version.

Okay, I've updated from 4.1 to 4.1.4. Please check and verify that this problem is fixed because we're been on JomSocial 4 for a while now and the problem has been there despite having been patch for 3.2.

This happened again. I don't know what is triggering it. I can't replicated the steps as it occurs randomly. I can only find that it happened.
