Admin Always Receive Email Notification about Profile Deletion
You CAN'T disable this notification as user, in a fact, DON'T delete his/hers profile but just disable it.
This is rather "delete profile request" as only admin can completely delete profile.
Sending such a request result with two things:
Now admin should act and remove (delete) Joomla! account.
In Joomla! regular user CAN'T remove his/hers account - only admin can do that so he/she need to be notified about it in some way - right?
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Its annoying to receive a few email notifications every week and each time I have to login to the backend to delete. How about I login to the backend and delete once every 2 or 3 weeks?
You receive notification imminently after user click button that want to delete his/hers account.
But WHEN you delete this account - is up to you :)
You may do it the same day... or after a month :D
Just once a week log to backend - check for disabled - compare it with profile deletion requests - and remove them.
