As an administrator, is there a way to post a message in every user's stream?

- Do you mean you create a post on that user profile, this is possible, but you should go to the each profile one by one..
- or you can create the user's post (the creator is the user even admin create it), this is not possible

well, I am not sure the purpose for your question, but admin can create the announcement on the frontend
