it often happens that posts simply disappear.
Both the Super Admin and normal registered.
That can not be, that simply disappear these contributions.

Who knows advice???

Do you mean those stuffs are dissapear from the activity stream? please you check Jomsocial configuration->Site-> "Maximum Days of Unarchived Activities" and "Unarchived Activities Limit", make sure you set it well

No, unfortunately not.
When a user account disappear posts (eg uploaded video) and the likes to.
This does not always happen but both Registered and Super Administrators!

i change the private information.
I think there is a problem with the database.
In emails are errors too. In the text is "! " in some words (so exclamation mark and a space).

Can you check it?

Now, an user had lost the rofile picture and the big picture in the profile.
However, the posts are still available.

Is it a database error or what else?

this issue caused by user voices configuration from Jomsocial, you was disabled some user points item, which it will effected to the stream item. Now I already enabled them all, its all good now..
