Hi, Laura.

Profile picture fits it container. If you want it bigger you need to make it container bigger.
You need to change width of .container class (by default it's 1170px).
Create override in ROOT/templates/socialize/css/custom.css (if you don't have this file - feel free to create it)

Of course users will need to load much bigger images for profile cover. If images will be too small, container background will be visible.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Sorry, I do not understand. Which file should be as varied, so that the round profile picture is a bit bigger? Thank you.

Hi, Laura.

Just a second... on profile page we have TWO images:

- avatar
- profile cover

I presumed that by "profile picture" you're referring to "profile cover". But now I see that you mean "avatar".

If you want avatar bigger you need to edit this file: ROOT/components/com_community/defines.community.php around line 299. Just change default values to what fits you more.

And in temple you need to add:

.joms-avatar--focus img {
max-width: 200px !important;
}

to your current template main css file.

Hello Michal,

since last update the avatar is now small again.

I did your suggestion again but no effect.

Is there a change before the update?

Thank you!

Hi, Laura.

define('COMMUNITY_SMALL_AVATAR_WIDTH', 64);

ROOT/components/com_community/defines.community.php

Above line cause your avatar to be 64px x 64px. Just change 64 to value that fits you.

How did you upgraded your JomSocial? Maybe by uninstalling it... then some changes in defines.community.php may be lost...
