Sorry, User ID not found.

I am finding profiles are created with a menu ID and the user link return an error saying "Sorry, User ID not found." but the photos work. Is there a reason you can think of that wouold cause this?

Here are sample links:
This returns an error:
modellocation.com/profile/673-omer-m-elrefaay
This works, same user ID:
modellocation.com/photos/673-omer-m-elre...lbumid=13&photoid=13

What could be causing this?

HI, Geoff.

You have menu misconfiguration.

1. You should not disable menu items in JomSocial toolbar menu
2. You should not duplicate JomSocial toolbar menu items in any other menu (you did this in "Left menu") Rtahre create menu item aliases and point them to corresponding menu item in JomSocial Toolbar menu

I disabled all spared menu items and now profile works.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
