Time lapse display in french

Hi,

In my notification popup, time lapse display is not right.

It's written :

"Il y a 1 heure il y a 52 minutes", but it must be that way :

"Il y a 1 heure ET 52 minutes " --> "1 hour and 52 minutes"

I had seen FR_com_community.ini but i don't known how to produce it...For now, it's like this :

COM_COMMUNITY_LAPSED_HOUR="%1$s heure"
COM_COMMUNITY_LAPSED_HOUR_MANY="il y a %1$s heures"
COM_COMMUNITY_LAPSED_MINUTE="il y a %1$s minute"
COM_COMMUNITY_LAPSED_MINUTE_MANY="il y a %1$s minutes"

If i change COM_COMMUNITY_LAPSED_MINUTE or COM_COMMUNITY_LAPSED_MINUTE_MANY and replace "il y a" by "et" i will have "Il y a 1 heure et 52 minutes", it's ok. But if event happened 52 minutes ago i will see that "et 52 minutes". To be ok, i have to see only " il y a 52 minutes"..

Do you understand what i mean ??

Thanks

Hi.

Ok, I see your point. The same variable is used to construct hours + minutes and mintes.
While they should be separated.
I report this to our developers.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

HI.

I'm afraid that this can't be fixed. JomSocial is prepared basically for English as "lingua franca".
So in your case the only solution will be to remove text "il y a" from constant.
