Unable to upload avatar during user registration

Hi,

I have the same issue as this guy:
www.jomsocial.com/forum/profile-universa...-registration#139521

During user registration, the screen that asks for an avatar allows me to choose the file. But when I go to upload, it just sits there. I have to choose to skip to continue the registration process.

In the topic you suggested to set photos at jomsocial toolbar item at public access but this didn't help for me.

Hi, FRank.

Please, unlock access to your site: i.imgur.com/SDI91h6.png

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

HI, Frank.

Ok, I saw that some content is cached. I also wonder if this issue may ba caused by your current template.
But I can't test it as you removed all default Joomla! templates.
Could you install atomic template back?

Here are steps for Joomla! 3 but it's also valid for J! 2.5:

Hi,

you need to set jomsocial "entry" page as public. please goto joomla menu menager > members menu, and set Community as public

we must do this, because joomla use Community item ID as parent of all jomsocial menu item.

Regards
