When I click on a pop up link as a photo, the notification or even the New Message, the pop up shows up but I have to scroll down to access it. Tested with the latest version of Chrome and Firefox on both Windows and Android.

Ok I found the source of the problem, HWDMediashare mfp CSS was conflicting with the one used by Jomsocial.

If someone has the same problem, you just need to had this to your template.css

.joms-popup__wrapper .mfp-content {
display: inline-block !important;
}

Alright, I just unblocked it.

I don't know if you are familiar with HWDMediaShare, but they have a plugin that publish videos from their component directly onto the stream. They also use MFP to play the video in a pop up.
Sometimes it works just fine, and sometimes it doesn't, I can't find the source of the problem. I suspect this is coming because of a conflict between your version of MFP and theirs.

I saw this similiat issue before, and you right this issue caused by "HWDMediaShare", I glad you can find the code fix for this :)
