since update now showing the show more link in the post

Dear support team,

it seems that since the upgrade the show more link is gone... i have posted a text with over 5000 caracters but it just shows the first caracters and normally would see: show more

and yes.. i have set my caracterlimit to 10.000

I'm sorry but I can't replicate that issue. "Show more" button is still there: i.imgur.com/2mwpFxH.png

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

hi.. yes... i have tested it.. The thing was... i copy/pasted a piece of text from facebook and it seemed that there where smilies/karakters in it that JS does not reconize. When i deleted it... the show more button was there...

So... i think that there is a problem in that area...

Try do the same thing, but this time copy text to Notebook (window application) and then from Notebook to postbox in JomSocial.
I guess it's about code that as pasted along from FB.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
