Some time my site gets error like in my video youtu.be/BVRMTlzcK98
I try to clear cache and use other browsers to perform it but the problem still there. During my site get this error, I perform at the backend but the backend with admin can perform well.

Now I am using with RSFirewall and Vps.

This is fatal php error. Please, provide us steps to replicate it - I need to see it in order to suggest a fix.

I don't know about that but I just got one email from my hosting provider



It can be from my server what?

recently I created php.ini, it can be from it?

I tried to scroll my download and I saw this message



so I disable featured video module and then my site comes back.



The problem happen when I enable featured video module. Now i just disable featured video awhile, I hope you can know the good answer for me.

Your only video was pending conversion and wasn't featured yet. It's fixed after conversion and being featured.

So it can be bug because when is no video or feature video, it shows the error.

I just installed ffmepg and flvtools upload one video into my site but the error happens before that.

Please, do safe copy of this file:

ROOT/components/com_community/models/videos.php

Then replace original file with patched one from package.
