Jomsocial with Osmosis Rocket theme template

ISSUE SUMMARY:
buttons and dropdowns are not working in jomsocial. I have tried to create an event, group, ect. once I have entered all the required info I press the create button, however the information is never being submitted.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to create a group
2 fill in the required fields

RESULT nothing occurs
EXPECTED RESULT have group created and go to group page
BROWSER Chrome, edge, firefox

This issue caused by template Osmosis, I change to protostar template and works fine.
