Hello.

I'm using "getAvatar()" to load the avatar from the user.
The problem is that this image is generated by JomSocial to be 160px by 160px.
How can I make jomsocial generate images with 300px by 300px (and also increase thumbAvatar to 150px by 150px)?

This is not a CSS issue. I know how to change things in CSS. This is a file generation issue.

Edit this file: ROOT/components/com_community/defines.community.php look for avatar entries (starting from line 294).
Just set a new size.
Then you'll need to re-upload avatar (this setting will be applied to all new avatars but not old ones).

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
