Captcha doesn't work properly

Jomsocial register page captcha is not working. it's only loading. but joomla own register page captcha is working properly and do not understand what is the problem.

Hi.

Seems like issue with NoCaptcha itself (on Google side)... please, wait a little bit and try again.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I cannot login to joomla backend. invalid username/password
please edit your first post at this topic, and provide me valid credentials information.

for temporary, please turn off captcha from jomsocial configuration.

Hi,

the issue not from jomsocial. but from the site template that are you using.
if you changing the template by using protostar, there is no issue with captcha.

please contacting that template provider for more support.
