Remember Me doesn't always remember me

ISSUE SUMMARY:

The title pretty much says it all... no matter how many times I check the "remember me" box, I still have to log in when returning to the site. Why?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Log in with "Remember me" checked
2. Come back to the site later and have to log in again

Firefox Mac 41.0.2

please check your browser restriction that related with cookie and security
make sure there is no any blocker.

I tried at my end, the cookie life time already 180 days
