I've posted this before and have been told its possible to do this but haven't been told where to start.

I'd like to display contact info for all users in a card format just as seen when you click on friends as seen below.

You should modify this file com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/profile/hovercard.php, and if you want to add another fields you can use Cuser object, here is the doc documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/JomSocial_User_Object
