I want to have new users register with their First, Middle and Last names, not "Name"

I followed the instructions as described in this document:

but it did not work

Hi,

that did not work because you put wrong field code.
First Name field code must FIELD_GIVENNAME
Last Name field code must FIELD_FAMILYNAME

Thank you. That worked. I did not realize it had to be that precise.

Is there any way to add a field with a Middle Name? This is not essential since the middle name (or initial) can be included as part of the given name. However, it would be more convenient to provide this as a separate field.
