Hi Hasan,

you can changing it by using joomla language overrides. please goto joomla backend > extentions > languages. click overrides button.
find that text, click the result item and put new text on it.

when you open joomla language overrides, please filter it to administrator section.
click new and find this

Your account has been approved and you may now login to the site
