ISSUE SUMMARY:

Hi, please see attachement, I am pretty sure whis shows the problem very well.
Sometime messages are just invisible - currently only confirmed with this profile you see in the attachemnt.

is this known ?

Hi,

seem that user put external emoticon on that message. external emoticon mean, user can having emoticon at they mobile device keyboard or as browser extension. that emoticon not web standard. could you please asking that user about it? to make sure it.
