I have bought and installed JomSocial and the first problem I am having is that her e is now way for a user to upload documents to his/her profile. Our users will require proof and documentation that we want them to upload. How can we do this? Any workarounds?

Hi Bernard,

at profile page, jomsocial not able to do that. as you can see at jomsocial backend > profiles > customize profile
there is no file field type.

I suggest you to put user voice at:
