I have a user trying to save the details on her profile page and whenever she hits save, it's not taking her changes. She says it finally worked when she did it on her phone. I also experienced the same thing once when building a profile. Is there a problem?

I can saved the profile fields without any issue. but I found validation issue. seem there is 3rd party extension conflict.
I need to try to disable some plugins. can I do that? because right now I saw your site still having some activities from site members.
