Hi,

here the steps:
copy focus.php from /components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/profile/ to /templates/socialize/html/com_community/layouts/profile/

edit it, start from line 360 you can see

<li class="half">

changing all that code to

<li class="full">

that item ordering not based on first letter. you can changing it by moving that code.
