ISSUE SUMMARY:
When trying to register , after first step, the process stop, the "forward" (or "Avanti" in my case) button doesn't works

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 go to www.wikigaia.it and click in the top left corner to open off-canvas
2 click "Register"
3 complete the form and click "Avanti" ... Here is the problem
