Hi, Anton.

How can I access your community frontend?
Please, provide direct URL.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Ok,
let's try again.

The menu item to see the profile list is "Mitglieder"
The problem:
At first I have to say that I do not plan that guests can registrate to this closed intranet. It should only be done in the backend.
But I think this is not the problem.

This fields I like to publish to the frontend:

But I can't see them nowhere there.

Due to the situation that I am a newbie to jomsocial I thought I make a typical simple mistake. Therefore I suplied you with no further information.

Sorry for that.

I just saw that here on this platform I can fill out the about me fields.
In my case this button is not activated, the same for the button stream.
Therefore I think in the backend I did everything correct.
It is moreover a mistake with the system settings or the template.

Another thing is that the Toolbar does not work properly as well. No pulldown menus can be seen. I think, this is the same problem as mentioned before.

I hope that helps to encircle the problem.

To summarize my problem:

1. The toolbar shows no Pulldown menu
2. The buttons "Stream" and "about me" don't work
3. The Settings button in the right corner (see attached picture) shows no function

Therefore I think there is a problem with the used template.
The template i use is template 130 from mixwebtemplates.

Hopefully you have a solution for this problem.

With regards

Anton

Hi, Anton.

You explained your issues well... but failed to answer my first question: how can I access your community: prntscr.com/8qe8jq

Hi Michal,

I found the solution. As I assumed it was a problem of the used template. This template has a setting concerning the float menu.
When I set the setting to "no", everything works fine with jomsocial. Setting to "yes" effects no working links and menus.

I thank you for listening to my problem.

With regards

Anton
