ISSUE SUMMARY: Once logged into on front side, when you hover on a menu link a scroll bar will pop below the menu link.
(site is not yet live and is on a temporary URL of kc9.fortisweb.us - Once completed it will at gocapsmonett.com )

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. go to temp build location kc.fortisweb.us
2. Login to the front side.
3. Hover over a JS menu item.
4. watch the scroll bar pop :)

please check it, the issue from template it self. I put this css at the bottom of page at /templates/gocaps_template/css/template.css
