ISSUE SUMMARY:

Hi there.

I have new site up and running at www.fazeday.dk .
Problem is after some hours my own and my users wall posts dissapear.

The posts and the comments remain featured in the notifications - also in the top left page title -
but the posts are all gone.
If you click on for example "...commented your stream" the page sais the material is gone.

What can cause this ?

Please help ASAP as we just went live yesterday.

Please you edit your Jomsocial site configuration, and change this configuration "Maximum Days of Unarchived Activities" to higger days.

To showing back the another stream you can execute this query :

update #__community_activities set archived=0 where 1

Do you mean bringing back the deleted streams ?

And how do i execute a query in jomsocial ?

I see you already changed the configuration, the "Maximum Days of Unarchived Activities" already changed to "30", before it was "1"

You can execute the query via phpmyadmin, if you dont know to do it, please provide me the cpanel / phpmyadmin access, i will help you :)

to revert back the archived activities more than 1 day ago :), if you dont need it anymore (the old activities), so just ignore it :)

By the way - i see there is already a new version of Jomsocial.

We just completed our sites as you saw - is there a way to upgrade and preserve all our custom CSS, design and functions and plug in extensions - or do we have to start from beginning again ?

if you modifed on jomsocial css, your code will be replaced.. so please be carefull when you do upgrade, backup your code first

Unfortunately, all our profile posts keep getting deleted - allthough i set the archived activities to 30 days.

What can this be caused by ?

We need help on this asap as it is a diasaster for the site and our users.

We have been building the site on www.fazeday.com before we translated it to Danish - and here the unarchived activities is set to 1 and all the posts are still there. I don't understand this problem. The error must be somewhere else.

Please help as soon as you can - thanks.
