ISSUE SUMMARY:
When one of our users posted an email address an media advert appeared in the discussion for yahoo. We don't want to be promoting yahoo or other businesses this way on our site. How can we switch this off? reference p.joms-media_desc

1 User posted a yahoo email address in response to a question raised in a specific group

Well, you as admin/creator can remove the desc of comment url content.. look my attachment

I am logged in as a superuser and the bin option is not on my screen. Thanks Dimas, how can we prevent the image appearing in the first place?

Can you make sure you use version 4.1?

I am sorry its not possible, because that URL content desc is generated when comment be posted, the behavior is not like on sharebox, which on sharebox you can cancel the URL content desc before you post it
