here the step:
1. copy focus.php from /components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/profile/ to /templates/[your frontend template]/html/com_community/layouts/profile/ (create the location if not exist yet)

2. edit it, and put this code at line 145

<?php echo preg_replace('/\/$/', '',JURI::Base()).CRoute::_('index.php?option=com_community&view=profile&userid=' . $profile->id, false);?><br />

after this code
