Where are all my old topics in support forum?

Hi

I am looking for all my old topics that I have raised. I can only find 5. There should be alot more in here. I need to track down several topics where support did some custom changes for me. I want to apply these changes to Joomla 4.1 and these topics contained the instructions to do these.

I should have way more than 5 topics. Can you please help me locate them?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi

Thanks for that. I still do not think that is all the issues I raised. For example there was one where support gave me a solution so that when I do a search results are found for both real name and username. Now that I have upgraded this fix has been written over. There was another fix you gave me so that posts are public by default. This is also missing . I need access to these so I can reapply the changes. There were others as well I am sure.

In fact the link you gave me are just all the replies to the 5 that I can see, no other ones. My other ones are missing. I really need this information. Really regretting upgrading now. :(

I found one of my email notifications for one of the missing topics. See below. When I click on the link it says "Access Denied"

It's because they ware posted in wrong forum category. Previously we had Community support categories as we hope that community members will help one another...but after some time we closed it as only we supported there.
