Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.

RESULT: still not showing
EXPECTED RESULT: to show the words logout
BROWSER: Safari, Firefox
Yes, days ago I had the text Logout near the logout button in the registration page. Now with no changes in Jomsocial the text is no longer there, just the logout button. How can I fix this permanently?
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
First, I updated to the latest JomSocial version.
I followed your instructions and added the code to the main.css file, however it didn't change anything. I then added the code to each over ride css, i.e., custom.css and that did not work either. I'm kind of stuck now.
I have added this type of code before to the custom.css area and it worked... I'm not sure why its not working now and why the fix disappeared from the custom file. Isn't that where we change code that we want to remain, even through updates etc.?
I just added my code from above post to custom.css
And it worked after CTRL+F5 (you should clear browser cache after you change something in css)
And here it is:

Why it didn't worked for you?
I don't know... I didn't saw that code in custom.css
Why your fixes disappeared from custom.css? I don't know neither... this is rather question to your template developers. JomSocial is not able to remove files from templates...
