I'd like to add another tab in the activity stream to add my own content.

Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.

I want to give users the ability to add simple raw files to the stream, just like a photo.
To handle this my idea is to duplicate the tables and the class you create for photos, as well for the model and the controller. Another idea is to simply change the video modules to let accept any kind of files.

thank you for any suggest

Hi,

You can modify / override this file components/com_community/templates/jomsoical/layouts/status.form.php, and add li data-tab there.. I hope you are good on PHP code, so that my info is enough :)

cheers!
